Peachy Green Smoothie

We're in the midst of a family vacation on Cape Cod, so forgive the simplicity and dearth of my new recipe posts this week! I do always pack my Nutribullet, though, as it's my go-to for quick and healthy breakfasts.

This one has a nice zing thanks to the fresh ginger and gets a double dose of peach. I suppose you could add a little honey if your tastebuds call for it, but I found it plenty sweet thanks to the fruit.

Peachy Green Smoothie

1 cup frozen peaches
1 large handful baby spinach
1/2 fresh peach, diced
1 cup water (plus more, as needed)
1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
honey, to taste (optional)

Combine peaches, spinach, water and ginger in a blender. If the mixture is too thick add a little more water as needed. Taste for sweetness and add a little honey, if desired.
