Thanks to my beloved new mandoline and the "Our Little Paleo Family" blog, we enjoyed some superb zucchini fries tonight. I recommend this recipe 1000%!
I ran out of almond meal and had to use blanched almond flour for part of the patch; the course texture of the meal actually worked better from both a taste and method standpoint.
The "batter" will definitely get gloppy while you're working, so I did make small batches while dredging to make things less messy. The fries were the perfect accompaniment to our spicy buffalo drumsticks and celery sticks.
