Mark Sisson's Spicy Buffalo Chicken

I just realized I completely forgot to do a quick post on Mark Sisson's amazingly delicious Spicy Buffalo Chicken recipe before I left town for the weekend.

Messy buffalo chicken is a far cry from what I'd term "civilized" cuisine, and I'll freely admit I've never been one to eat chicken wings out in public. Last Thursday night, however, I was more than happy to devour these babies in the comfort of my own home!

I used the oven method and they came out crispy and delicious, with just the right amount of heat. I served them with an Asian broccoli slaw salad alongside and the cave man and I remarked we will have to make them again. And again. Happily the local meat store usually has their all-natural chicken wings and drums on hand...
